PVC FOAM

CORE MATERIALS
PVC and PVC HT Cross-Linked foam core
Range of PVC foams have been developed to meet the market demands, allowing composite designers and engineers to meet their needs with the most appropriate material.

PVC is the ideal foam for composite sandwich structures and it is compatible with most resin systems; polyester, vinyl ester, phenolic or epoxy.

Developed for the marine industry, windmills, transport and composite applications in general, PVC foams can be supplied in different sheets, with a variety of cut patterns and finishes, either rigid or flexible, to be adapted to different surface shapes. For series production, PVC foams can also be supplied in kit form to reduce processing time and wastage.

The closed cell, cross-linked polyvinyl chloride foam, with high chemical resistance, great thermal insulation and low water absorption. Its outstanding strength to weight ratio makes it the ideal foam for all composite applications.
